To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the 1973 Classic Yellow Boot, Timberland assembled a team of Future Makers to reimagine its icon through their own lens of bold design innovation. Each Future Maker was entrusted with crafting their interpretation of this legendary boot and creating a complementary range of apparel.
Our very own Christopher Raeburn, RÆBURN Founder & Creative Director, was one of six Future Makers.
Christopher’s vision for his Timberland collaboration drew inspiration from parachute canopies, a cornerstone material of the RÆBURN brand. This theme is carried forward with this pull-on boot that is designed to allow for recycling in Timberland’s Timberloop Takeback Program. Featuring a removable inner bootie with PrimaLoft® for added warmth on cold days and a rugged outsole for traction in challenging terrain.
Features:
- Circular design using Timberloop icons tooling, designed to allow for recycling in Timberland's Timberloop Takeback Program
- Upper is made from durable climbing rubber and recycled nylon, seam sealed
- The inner bootie is insulated with PrimaLoft® insulationand can be removed and worn as a slipper; silicone screen print on the bottom for added traction
